If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them with your receipt and a completed Return Form for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
30 days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.
Proper Documentation:
Your receipt, and a completed Return Form with the Return Authorization Number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Marine Smart Energy Solutions to process your refund.
Good Condition:
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a refund. ** A 20% Restocking Fee Applies To All Product Returned Through No Fault of the Company or Product. ** Any applicable freight charges, if shipping was included with the order, will be deducted from the refund.
Non-returnable Items:
Marine Smart Energy Solutions does not offer a return for discounted items or gift certificate and gift card purchases.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase:

Please fill out the emailed Return form Marine Smart Energy Solutions package and mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase item, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.
Once we determine that the returned merchandise complies with our Return Policy, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes less any restocking fee’s or handling costs.
Your refund will be credited only to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We’ll provide you with a refund confirmation by email if an address was provided on the Refund Form
